Before you dive in

A few good
questions.

How do I start for free?

Create your account with Google or an email link, then upload photos from your first dive. Your new account starts with 50 photo credits and 5 video minutes. No credit card is required.

What is included in the free allowance?

You get a one-time starting balance of 50 photo credits and 5 video minutes for enhancement. These credits are valid for one year and do not renew each month. Your upload screen shows supported formats and limits.

What happens when my credits run out?

You can choose to buy more credits to keep enhancing. Starting for free does not start a paid subscription or an automatic charge.

Can I use my GoPro or camera-roll photos?

DiveLens is designed for recreational divers’ underwater photos, including action-camera photos. The upload screen shows the supported file formats and size limits.

Do I keep my originals?

Yes. Your originals remain available so you can compare them with enhanced or refined versions.

Can I fine-tune the automatic result?

Yes. Adjust brightness, warmth, color, and detail, then save a refined version. Compare with your original or return to an earlier version. Refinement is optional: you can keep the automatic result.

Who can see my dive?

Your dives are private until you choose to share. Anyone with a shared gallery link can open it without an account. You can stop sharing from DiveLens.

What about short video clips?

Supported short clips can live alongside your photos. Photos are the starting point; video can add another moment to the dive.
